Is there an effective protection against plug puller for euro locks (some shield)?

There certainly is. All cylinder certified SKG 3 stars, VDS BZ+ and T007 2014 have rotor extraction resistant bars located in the rotor itself. I'm not a fan of Securemme but their EVOK64 is the cheapest plug protected cylinder i've found. It also has a sacrificial cut and a reinforced bridge. For a 30/40 i payed 67 euros here in Italy. There are obviously way better options.
