So in my innocence and excitement of owning first set of picks I went to a nearby hardware store and was like "Yeah give me two cheapest locks you got!"
Got two of these FAB 50EDPs. Well after getting kinda handy with my FAB padlocks I tried my luck with the Europrofile.
Well nothing I couldn't even tension them correctly.
So I gave up for a while and went back to the padlocks.
Today I got back to one and tried some things I noticed when I searched FAB at BosnianBill and LPL.
Well aside of what I assume are standard pins FAB set up at least 2 (I usually saw 3 in gutted locks I searched after the fact) spools in the darn thing. In a 5$ lock. First I was at lost. But as I watched hours upon hours of BB and LPL video over last... half a year give or take, I kinda knew what to do not to mention I got a little bit of handholding from my locksmith friend.
And today i was like "Yeah this is getting nowhere" and then I stuck my hook in on no. 2 and hear a sharp "CLICK" and core is turning free from a false set.
My expression must've been hilarious.

Well my adrenaline spiked so high I was calming down for at least 5 minutes.
I have yet to get my pinning shoes so I just prepared it to gut that small devil.
But man what a trap for n00bs like me.
It's a cheapest europrofile you can get and every hardware store has with 1* security rating (by FAB according to ČSN national norm for lock resistance). And yet those flankers get in 2-3 spools and is a lock that really really likes heavy tension.
Uff but I got it open. Looking forward to gutting this one.
