Does anybody know if the safe v 3g 114 decoder will open the 3k 74

Yes, it's just a 114 with a roller.

It will also open the 3G115 / 3K75 and the 'E' series, i.e. 3G114E and 3K74E, although the number 1 and 2 levers leave different marks on the impression...
