Righto, i was wondering if anyone knows if its illegal to be carrying lockpicks around in germany.
Since i dont have the StGb or the BGB at hand its kinda difficult to find out.
And im regularly having arguments with my mom and dad about the lockpicks, that im not allowed to take them out of the house.
