I have and use a chubb 114 pin and cam, can anyone point me in the right direction for a chubb 110 decoder of some kind.

Yep, £400+VAT from Safeventures. Not the easiest to use though, so you won't be popping 110's open like your 114 or Legge...

I went to the MLA show at the G-mex with intention of buying the 110 pin and cam and to sniff out any variations on this theme but alas came home without anything. I did however open the rks chubb with the revised curtain using one of Chris Beltchers (I hope i've spelt his name correctly) 2 in 1 picks. These gave a good feel and I can see where this design has gone.

It's Chris Belcher, and did you cheat when opening the RKS by looking through the holes in the plate?! Would be great if locks came like this!

I did notice that Chris was looking through the drill hole, I did however manage it without looking. I was trying to make it realistic with intention to buy. The lever lifter itself was not locked into the guide which was intended to allow the lower levers to be reached, but I do not think that with the door thickness added that these would be possible. I had doubts and so did not buy. Has anyone else got or used these picks?

Pinky has got the full range, including RKS and E series. I've only got Chris' standard pick and, personally, I don't think there's anything better out there for those low levers...

the E series pick ive been using on walsall locks, and ERA with low lifts, its a pick that also facilitates the picking of most bs locks with very low levers in, so its wrong to see it just as a chubb E series pick, its actualy more than that.

I hope I havn't rattled any cages, I am however on a mission at the moment to find tools at a competitive price that I can get on with. There are so many about and everyone has their favourites. The total spent so far this year is in excess of £6000 and I do have a budget. I was impressed by Chris's tools and they seemed to suit my lighter picking style. Just need to be sure as it is a big outlay for me.
