The brazilian locks looks to be the same as European. I want to buy a pick and tension tool at lockpicking shop. Which one is the correct for my lock?

Well, there is no recommendations to give on pick tools that work on a lock that is in use. That lock is in use quite obviously, so we as a community are not going to give the information you are looking for.
