dont forget the back up you get from chris :D
when i got my set i was also suprised how locks i had had problems with opened. chris tests every wire himself to see if it will get the low levers. alot of care and thought go's into all his tools. a true craftsman 8)

I second that. Excellent customer service and advice back up a fine tool.

I was playing with my 2101 lasy night and did eventually pop it open. Ive been trying again this morning, no joy whatsoever! Ive just started making a perspex face plate so i can see whats going on. :?

I love the tool though, it is superbly made and is much more comfortable to use than other CP's i have tried.

I think my problem is too little tension, Chris says the tools are best used with a light hand, but i think he is refering to the wire more than the stem and collar :?
