all
Don't fire me for mentioning my own shop - it's already been mentioned - I just wanted to add that I agree about most testimonials being invented - except perhaps for our forum which is totally independent. You can go there and ask about the tools, service, follow-up etc No problem.
I think what really gets up peoples noses is non-communication - 'I asked for a refund and am still waiting' etc - that's simply not good enough. We make mistakes - of course - but we'll maintain communication until it's sorted.
Being told you would be reported to the old bill is laughable - what happened in the end

yea lockpicktools.com does the same thing.. here and on youtube. You shoudl find some of the older jack knife threads and what not... quite pathetic.. yet I say, just simply delete there accounts and be done :lol:
