peeing in the wind with gerdas!!, a fella was selling sets of MTL bump keys on the forum though about a week ago.
Most of the MTL you'll be getting will be mastered so I'd have ago with picks, most locksmith supply places do them, I'd recommend the souber set over the set with interchangeable ends - you get a much better feedback - the instructions with the set are good too. Don't pay anything over thirty quid for them though - some sellers are selling them for 70 odd quid - and they aint worth that!! Also be prepared for a multiple pick, as most of the doors need about 4 complete revolutions of the key to retract all the bolts - also a good plug spinner (adapted to MTL) as the thinner blade spinners can slip in the keyway (interactive type)
No tools I know of will do a gerda (sure there are some though

) if you've had one apart you will see how complex they are - although, these are mastered too and it appears all they do to master the locks is to remove the little pins - which I thought were ballbearings initially... The council or local authority code is normally stamped on the escutcheon or somewhere on the outer lock furniture this refers to the individual lock - in an emergency a key can be provided to gain access
