Recently accquired the SV securefast decoder, great tool and super quick entry on the now 'old' securefast lock but I'm sure i read in a post somewhere that it will open the new lock as well. Anyone got any advice ?

I've just had a quick look at one then. I'll knock a chart up when I get a chance. I'd have thought they'd have given you one with the tool. Will the readings still be easily identifiable.
The readings for 3 and 4 are very close so I made up a small chart that I can offer up next to the reader tool when its in the lock and with this I can tell them apart.
The levers lean on the key until its turned to its correct bitting on the key. Has anyone noticed that the levers scratch the keys on the side rather than wait until the key turns to the height of the levers like in the Invincible , Profit/Viscount?
I wonder if this will allow quick wear on the keys?? If so the Fortress will develop problems.
