Well, that depends. Do you mean any lock at all? Or do you mean any (every lock out there) lock,

Yes it will work on some locks.

No not every lock

Don't they make marine locks? Or am I mistaken:?:

Why do you have to be able to pick this lock? It's probabley a more advanced lock, you might want to start with something a little simpler, like a master lock or a kwikset.

Pick tools arent magic you need to put a lot of practice in to even be able to pick the simpler locks out there,

TrioVing are ususally used in vestibule locksets....commonly found on hotel room doors.

The keyways are very tight, just getting your turning wrench in, at times can be an achievement in itself.

I would theorise that bumping technology would make it easier than picking to manipulate one of these cylinders

Sure, southords are a good beginner set.

I'd buy them, but you don't nedd to buy the set with the book, it's a bit of a waste, you can get all the info in it off of LP101.

In my opinion no, you get 3 picks you can use and a useless extractor,

Go for the bigger set next one up,

Dont chose a set because its got that book with it as its a waste of money,

There are loads and loads and loads of threads on begineers sets so please feel free to click my www button and simply type in this line,

First and set

This should bring up more than enough threads to tell you what to buy,

If you are in Europe you should go for a slim line set,
