Before you pick a lock:
The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that
the lock is your's and secondly make sure its not in use.

Two things,

Your tension wrench on the first lock is definatley on the lock case which isnt what you want, you should have it on the plug only, i think its the same for the second lock as well but i cant quite see so clearly,

The other thing is that when useing a EPG you shouldnt just sit/stand there with the trigger pressed, you should press it and then let go, press it then let go, this is cycleing the gun and helps the gun go a lot easier on the lock and also will open more locks and in a quicker time,

Only tips, take them or leave them,

The HPC gun is an average speed and noise there are louder and faster out there

Are you not kidding me, really, that is a hpc gun, I thought it was the OP´s own homemade one!

They should really, IMO, first of all, slow down on the speed, and second, start/stop when triggered, giving it a max of 5 strokes, each time!

:D

Well it looks like a HPC one but i could be wrong as you dont see much of it,

The speed cant be altered and shouldnt be either, but yes the cycleing of the pick does help as i say,
