I got one set from SKS (but they are handed so you'll need to buy one left handed and one right handed).
My best set were from RB Locktools/RB Medical Engineering. They are surgical steel and laser welded - they are not handed, so you only need to buy one of them. They are really well built and will put up with anything you can reasonably throw at them on site.
One word of warning, when you order from RB they will charge extra if you pay by credit card - so set up an account. The first order I made, I had to wait a few days whilst they checked out my training certificate and references, after that deliveries are usually next day or thereabouts.

Thx for the RB Locktools/RB Medical Engineering addy for the 2-1 picks, but their is a big problem, that being I have no locksmith certification, yet over the previous months I have been able to purchase numerous items from a pick gun to shims! I despratly need to aquire a 2-1 pick but find it impossible to get my hands on one once again thx for that, dont suppose you would be willing to sell me one if not no worrys it was worth a try.

Sorry - I'm always uneasy about seling locksmithing kit to anyone I don't know.
Snap guns, shims etc are easy enough to buy because they are common in the US, 2 in 1s are not that common outside of the UK.
You could try contacting Souber Tools in London, the quality isn't as good as RBs but he may be willing to sell to non-trade. My first two sets were Soubers

I agree with jason about the availability of picks as they are easily obtained from the US. I've tried Souber tools, along with RB medical, some very nice picks but RB medical need several different means of proof that you're a registered locksmith and Souber tools will not sell direct to anyone, only to distributors, so they told me. I make my own 2 in 1 picks now, but if there was any way I could buy some I would.

As jason said above R&B medical are buy far the best makers of two in one picks.
I have found that quite strange how all the lockpicking sites in the us etc, sell loads of diffrent types of tools, yet they dont have two in one picks.
Either they dont have the need for them or they are classed as a specialist tool.

Im not sure of the website but,
Tel, 01989 563958
Fax, 01989 768267
E-mail, sales@rbmedical.co.uk
They are quite expensive but great quality.
Souber tools do only sell to wholesalers and they are crap in comparrison.

silly question, but if not trading as a locksmith, not trained and not working as a locksmith, why would you want to buy pick guns , shims and 2 in 1 picks ?

I'd love to have them, and i'm a mere lockophile (with the strong will to become a lockie tho, i admit).

You can have a lot of fun using wire picks - very cheap, and easily obtainable.
You interested in getting a lever lock to play with Jordy?

Nah, but i'd like those rakes you offered me.
Also, you might want to know that i'm getting into lever locks later on in the year.
At the moment, i'm trying to make decent bump keys, and struggling with spool pins, i have a serious tensioning problem.
Thanks for offering though.
By the way, did you recieve your birthday pressy yet?
I sent it last thursday.

Rakes, what rakes?... I never offered anything of the sort
I was gonna bring one or two lever locks over when the Dutch Open is on, but whatever lol.
Nothing.. yet - I would guess tomorrow
It goes without saying those Rakes will make their way to you ASAP mate.
Thanks...
