Asking if its a good buy all depends on if we were you..i.e. how much money you have, what kind of locks you want to pick...and what you want to do with them.
If you're asking if it's a good buy depending on quality then I guess it's the same as most things...you get what you pay for (in most cases).
SouthOrd are mass manufatured decent picks, so if you have the money and they will get used then yeah buy them.

I agree with rontgens, what kind of locks you want to pick...and what you want to do with them.
If your intention are legal, you will probably need
Tubular picks
Cross picks
Warded Padlock picks
Mul-T-Lock picks
to open 80% of locks.
It will cost you 500e more if you want SouthOrd tools...

minus tubular picks, cross picks, warded padlock picks and mul-t-lock picks.
picks for lever locks and if possible something for the abloys.
since the topic is finland.

It's just that in Finland locksmiths don't use picks, they use appropriate sized drill bit
But as a hobbyist picks are good, but you can't find/get picks for Abloys

My girlfriend got me that set for my birthday. They do the job , I've opened a few cilinders with it. When compared to the set I have at work , they do seem thicker. I still prefer the set at work , but these also get the job done.
I think my girlfriend paid the same price for them , I'm not sure.
They are worth that.

I have the C1510, same picks and tension wrenches but all the picks have metal handles. There are some picks in the kit I don't use yet however the four tension wrenches do come in useful.
After giving them a polish with fine grade wet and dry I'm very happy with them
