does anyone know the breakdown of this lock, its a padlock and i cant crack it lol. any help appreciated x

bollocks, i cant even pick this gold one i have, jst says sterling on the front :S

Practice, practice practice. But yeah, picking a lock with mushroom pins as a first is going to be pretty difficult.

I think people recommend getting a cheap kwikset to practice on first. My first lock was a £5 abus padlock 60/50 which is a nice lock to pick, I think it may have one spool in there but it doesnt make it too difficult.

You'll get there in the end, dont despair!

haha. yea ive got about 4 pins done on the sterling and the plug turns a good 45 degrees then gets stuck... mushrooms in there 2 maybe? im going to go get some cheap normal 5pins from a store in town in a few days, get me used to the feel of them as i only have 2 3pin locks that are a bit bigger than those pathetic suitcase ones haha. still are fun though.

theres only one mushroom normaly so if you were to spp it it shouldnt be that hard or you could rake it into a flase set then spp it that could work.
