Welcome to my beast. Or my nemesis for now. I know some guys will joke and think --so EASY-- but for now this is my beast I need to slay. Enjoy

Beast at rest with all its fangs receded. Seriously, just the bolt and casing.

The teeth and claws of the beast. The round rings are the spacers. Oh, the sixth lever was still being cleaned.

Just one of the levers but just take note of the fence because I'll explain later.

Notice the angle of the fence and gate. This I found a bit strange since this is in the locked postion. One would of thought that this antipicking sections will be on the other side to make opening the lock harder.

This is the "half' lever I mentioned earlier. My impression is that the levers must be alligned and then this lever needs to be the finally lifted through the gates and then the bolt will be thrown.

This is the bolt action, in open position

The bolt in half closed position

In full closed position and the reason why we call it a "wing bolt" lock. The two sides lock in opposite direction or outward into the strike plate.

A new lock similiar to the one I dismantled. I need to practice some more on this lock and with time I'm sure I'll conquere my beast. Enjoy
