Does anybody use these Circular tension tools and are they any good also where is the best place to purchase them?

Devonlocks.com can get them for you. I've not used one myself but if you do a search on here you will find some info on them.

I have the basic one from LockPicks.com. They are expensive for what you get (just a metal ring with two prongs sticking out) but I like it. I am sure everyone has their own tastes, but I find it makes picking spools a lot easier. The disadvantage is that the leverage is smalller so you get less feedback. I wouldn't recommend the spring loaded ones, they allow less force to exerted, but the feedback is a lot worse.
