I was trying to pick a lock out of the box when this happend

So i figured ill cut it in half and take other side apart, im stuck on these little spools and i feel like i got them all to the binding point but nothing

DO you mean the tension wrecnch is stuck or the lock cylinder?
Is the lock is unlocked - are you able to dismantal it and then put it back together?

no, the lock is stuck, if you look at the shell you see main pin line and on the side additional 4 where the little spools go, im stuck on these little spools and the only way i got it open fully is by intensive half diamond raking and turning the plug back and forth. When i try single pin picking it feels like i got 3 of them into good position but im not able to pull the 4th one, also these little spools let the plug rotate alot while stuck on them

Those are either trap pins to slow down or stop a lock picker, or they are for construction keying (look it up for more info)

These are definitely trap pins becouse im stuck on them The question is how to pick them, after setting 3 out of 4 (there is a click so i guess they are picked) the plug rotates slightly and im not able to move the last pin. I tried to rotate the plug slightly backwards but it doesnt help

Are you able to pick the pin that you cant set last, first?
I had a lock where the pin that had the most binding pressure, would cause the lock to overturn slightly more than usual and as a result none of the other pins had movement.
If I set this pin to begin with - no other pins in the lock would function
If I set other pins first - functioned fine

I tried that, when i set the last pin first and the continue with others that pin will Just drop and still be a last pin, maybe it Just needs a skilled hand i dont own right now...
