What brand is this?

Hi guys, new here on this forum.
I was wondering if anyone onf you can tell what brand this cylinder is?
I'm looking to make a bumpkey for it.

Looks like it says HSL upside down. Punch that into google.

Any idea what kind of bumpkey I would need to open that lock? I am a newbee, actually never picked a lock and found a video on lockbumping online, so I thought to try that.

It's the old CISA logo. I strongly suggest you not to bump or pick a lock in use. Bumping or picking a lock can break it, so get a practice lock and play with that.

Being an Italian lock, looks like the lock is mounted correctly to me. But Squelchtone is correct that bump keys are less effective on locks mounted with the pins at the bottom. Hear it can be done, but since bumping locks is not my thing, can't say for sure.

Calling a locksmith would work well to open it without damaging it as well. Bump keys by the way in the hands of a beginner can do all sorts of damage to the face and insides of a lock. Maybe not break it completely, but knock the sh*t out of it enough so the real key may not work well later and the face of the lock will have a little indentation in it from the bump key hitting metal on metal.

That photo is of the face of a lock and the keyway/keyhole.

If you've never bumped before or picked a lock or taken one apart, it will not be easy to just make a bump key. Who's door is it and what's behind it? We don't want to give out info to someone trying to get into a lock that is not their own, its against the ethics of this hobby and this forum. I also didn't know they had these locks in Belgium, that's interesting.

Well, it is not my lock or my box.
I am a semi hobbyies goldsmith and one of my clients has this box inherited by her mother. She thinks there might be a few rings inside that she would let me remelt and use the gold for another piece.
She lost the key, I saw a video on youtube and got excited on lockbumping, stating that this would be a peice of cake for me, which apperently is not!

Nope. We avoid helping people open locks in use, especially on things like cash boxes, with no way to verify if you have the legal right to open it. Your story may well be completely legitimate but we have no way to know that.
