look into your local DC303 meet. the Defcon 303 folks are into all things hacking/making/locksport related.

it is in Denver on March 22nd, so a bit of a drive

The 2600 Magazine meetings in Ft Collins even further North would have similar like minded folks to meet up with.

or find a local hacker/maker space or college community room, advertise on meetup and start your own meeting.

Our member Legion303 may be able to chime in with some advice as well

good luck!

I stopped organizing 303 locksport years ago. Not sure who took up the torch, but you might look into Denhac on Kalamath St. (Denver). I'm up north and unfortunately I don't know anyone in the Pueblo/Springs/Castle Rock area. I don't believe I know more than one or two people from the DC303 crew...they're newer blood than the 2600 people here. And I don't know if 2600 still happens, but if it does, it's 2pm on every first Saturday, meeting outside of 303 16th St. in downtown Denver.

Yes! There is an official TOOOL (The Open Organisation of Lockpickers) chapter in Colorado Springs.
We are just starting in-person meetings again after COVID. We meet the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays of the month at 7pm.
Please see our Meetup page for details: https://www.meetup.com/How-Locks-Work-H ... reak-Them/
