Right, today Wallaby and I have established that I need to go on a training course and my picks should be donated to charity. legge yellows - pick normally in seconds - still haunting me! for wallably- picked three legge 5 lever combos all open in 20 seconds or less its YOUR lock (or MY pick - bad operator blames his tools)
So a good day out but a bad day for me picking, come on south east lock pickers, its easy to get to from londinium, I'll make an arse out of myself for free and you'll get to see Wallaby and Toomush pick some locks open. I have resigned to sweep up the sawdust (or the brass out of that bird cylinder after the electro pick's done its worst!!)
More the merrier, the count down is on 19th Feb all day bring a beer (and a stool!) tools and a camera as this will be documented on 'son of south east lockpicking meet'

Im game on and will probably fail to pick anything too as is always the case in front of friends or locksmiths.
Did a pick last night though at 12 midnight on a mila euro, took 10 mins by hand and then as im driving off they decide they would like a new lock, oh how i would have loved to have used the snapper on the 10mm that was sticking out to begin with :lol:

How hard are cisa euros to pick? Please tell me they,re really hard! Failed to pick one (manually). Felt a bit of an arse. Four of my work colleages and three coppers watching me as the door stayed shut!!
In my defence i haven,t tried picking any euros seriously. Got in the door in the end......but not exactly non destructively......!

I forgot to add that the THE WALL is growing by the day ... here is an early photo but it has grown somewhat since .... consider it the lock version of a climbing wall and we should be able to pick our way through it next Saturday ...

Any more want to give it a try, please let me know ...

Phew i dont fancy the one that looks like a 110, looks like it will be an interesting day. I shall bring the banham too for anyone with lockgod abilties.

toomush, I think you have lost it! 'bump??'
Right last chance saloon for the meeting I recon. Pictures will be posted in due course of 'how many locksmiths does it take to pick a 2 lever lock'
I recon lots of questions will be answered in a short space of time. Looking forward to hopefully meeting up with a few more fellow pickers!

All is set at this end .... the fridge is now full of guiness and a certain strong lager for Toomush ... the workshop is all cleaned out and full of locks ... including some simple safe locks I admit to putting a hole through at the weekend .. set up some cylinder boards too ... looks like 4 staying over and another three visiting just for the day ... not sure on the dress code for the evening but something respectable may even our chances of staying wherever we manage to get into ..... :-)

I am soooo looking forward to a day on locks with a few beers, makes a change from changing the babies pooohey nappies

Got a few nasty little cylinders to bring and maybe we could overlift a few cars depending on what everyone drives.

Im sorted on the dress front and have ironed my best leopard skin outfit for the occasion. Better watch sid with the guinness though im sure he probably picks better on it. :wink:

I may bring the camcorder too to witness those lockpicking moments when a 2 lever opens :lol:
