Hi.
I've just signed up with 'Lock Picking 101'. I live in a little town in the South East of The UK called Broadstairs.
I come from a family of engineering people, my Dad was a tool maker in Birmingham, my Grandfather was also in engineering in the Midlands. I was, until recently, an ICT technician though my hobbies include mechanical stuff, notably renovating motorcycle engines.
I recently had a problem with a lock on my garage door and had a locksmith out to help me. He 'picked' the lock and i found it really interesting, so i tried to find out more. I found that 'Lockpicking' is, in The USA, a sport, so quickly finding some web sites i found this one.
I would like to know if there are any 'hobby groups' close to me. I find the subject interesting and would like to learn more.
