Anyone here live in Thailand?

Postby RumballSolutions » 3 Dec 2017 13:01

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone active on the site lives in Thailand.

Taking the family for a vacation in a month or so and interested to see if there is any Locksport/picking going on in the kingdom of smiles. Also be good to get a feel for the laws regarding picks etc. I’ve been to Thailand several times before, but never taken anything Locksport related.

Very little actual info available online or even through search here.

TIA.

I’m jealous!!!!

I’ve always wanted to go Thailand and Japan. The closest I’ve come is Wyoming. Not exactly the same. Both are my favorite foods. I could live the rest of my life eating Thai and Japanese. I practicality did when I was in CA. There’s a decent Thai food place here in town, but like many places, it caters to the American palate. Then again, Wyoming isn’t exactly known for its Gang Som Plah Chon or it’s sushi.

Safe travels.

Yep, the food is incredible and I’ve found the people to be awesome. Wife and I have seriously considered retirement in Thailand as an option.

I like how this thread is derailing.
Someone wants to pick some locks while in Thailand. And someone else brings the wife to the restaurant

Thailand is my favourite place ever. The only lock related stuff I saw was a house and car door opening service. No locksport whatsoever. But if you find something interesting please let us know.

Cheers :)
