I thought it was a decent a watch, good solid basics.
Would have been nice to have started out with this video. :P
The pace seems a bit slow but tolerable.

I have to agree with strangedream. This video is good for beginners but if you've watched lock picking for the new millennium then I'd pass on this one. I personally am not a fan of all the computer graphics.
