hey everybody, how's going? well a little shameless self-promotion: I've always been fascinated by locks, and i guess that lead to how they work, and then to picking. I'm sure i will find a wealth of useful info here, thanks guys, and girls.

Welcome to all. :) Btw, PLEASE DON'T flood this site with pleas for help. First have a look at the FAQ section, and use the search button and browse around. This site has been around for a year and a half, so chances are there will be some information already posted somewhere on this site. If you can't find what you're looking for or need some clarification, go ahead and ask, that's why we're here. Enjoy. :)

Phen, that wasn't nice.
Put his arm back on. Or get someone who can.

Geez man, dress you up, but can't take you anywhere.

"No Phen, you can't play Ozzy in the annual LP101 Who-Did-I-Trade-My-Brain-To-Heavy-Metal-Fest!"

*Mad Mick hands over Quaalude-coated pick handles, for Phen to suck.* (See taste test thingy in whatsit thread)

*Mad Mick 'recovers' secret US Gov't picks from unconcious Phen's person, and delivers to 'Rom for mass production.*

*'Rom duplicates picks and spends rest of his life hiding in a 'spider-hole' in Iraq, while Mad Mick squanders his half of profits on expensive beer and cheap women.*

I'm going to do this right this time. Sorry for the confusion earlier. I'm not used to this site...

Anyhow, I have been looking at this site for about 2 weeks and decided to become a member. I have been picking for a little less then 4 years and I am still working out the kinks in my style. I look forward to bumping ideas with all you old hats and getting a better grasp with this hobby. Happy picking!!!
If I had a nickel for every time someone told me that my idea of making a giant robotic parrot out of melted down coins was a bad idea, I would have one kickass giant robotic parrot!!!
