So, introduction.
After seeing this article on Slashdot (about bumping), I spent a couple of hours surfing the net for lock picking material. I printed the MIT guide about a year ago; it's still lying around somewhere. I'm a hacker (in the good, legal sense!) and have been interested in lock picking for a long time. I live in London, UK.

I have been looking as a "guest" on and off for about two months and I just joined today. I own my own small business as a locksmith. Mostly Emergancy Entry.

i just started about three days ago, i made my own picks out of hacksaw blades and for now only have a torsion wrench made out of an allen key but will soon be making a few better ones (two sided rigid, two [small and bigger] twist flex wrenches). so far so good, i picked my fist wafer lock in less than a minute on the first try.(i don't know if thats good or not) ya, i guess thats all for an introduction.

New to the forum, new to the world of locks. Seems interesting, and this apears to be the place to learn.
Get ready for LOTS of questions.... (I promise to try and find the answer myself first...)

Hello, I'm definetly a young blood when it comes to picking, but hopefully you guys can help me out. I've always been interested in learning, but until recently, didn't have a very reliable source for internet surfing(imagine, Teacher: Hey, What are you looking at!, Me: Oh nothing, just lock picking. Teacher then leads me to office with some story about how I was intending to break in to the school). but that problem has been solved now, and I can surf at ease.
