I've been picking for a while now, I mostly just use the skill to freak out my friends late at night.

My name is Terry and I've been curious about locks since I was a little kid.

I've been a cop for 27 years, and after reading a friend's Belsaw textbooks, I got involved in locks. I've been picking and makign keys, as well as re-keying houses for victims of Domestic Violence (at no charge)for over 10 years.

I am the department's Technica Services Officer, and freqnently am called to pick open confiscated things as well as file cabinets that myseriously get locked with no key.

Hello everyone, I have spent my life taking things apart like engines, computers, or anything with screws in it. I found a video about lock picking on Google, and now I’m staring at my keys trying to understand the internal workings of the lock. I will admit I’m a noob, but I do look forward to reading everything I can on this site.
