Hi guys. I just joined. This is a great site, there is a ton of information here.
I ordered my first set of picks, they should be here soon and I can get started. Seems like a really interesting hobby.

ello ello. im fairly new to this kinda thing. I read the MIT Guide awhile back and welded a pick set outta bike spokes.. i think i did a fairly good job but anyways. yea. just looking around saying Hi.
To pick a lock to take a look is to become a common crook.

Hello,
I'm Fournine and I work at a firm which makes replacement keys and key-cutting machines: I hope to learn new things about locks and security, and also to make my (slight) experience on keys available to anyone in this forum.

Hi, Im Damian, im a locksmith apprenice in Tauranga, New Zealand, been working in the industry for about 5 months now, love the challenge of picking locks, we only just learning about bump keys, and thats fun to do as well.
When I first started working in the industry, and saw how quickly some of the other locksmiths I work with can pick the standard household door lock it really freaked me out, and since seeing how easy some locks are to pick, ive rekeyed my own doors to a harder to pick configuration.
We deal with alot of Abloy products, now they are a product I would love to learn to pick.
Anyway, the main reason ive joined this site is to learn some new things, so I can go to work and impress my boss with diffrent techniques, and to improve my skills, as they say time is money, so if I can improve my skills enough to pick locks faster and more efficently, the more money ill make the boss, the more money he can afford to pay me
