Welcome all new forum members!

We hope you enjoy your stay here and learn a lot as well as share some of your knowledge with others already here.

Please take a moment to read some of the basic forum rules, and feel free to poke around the sub forums to get familiar. As always, ask questions, but also take time to use the Search function to find answers to commonly asked questions.

A message from the forum admin Digital_Blue: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10528

Basic rules:
No talking about breaking into stuff.
No asking about cash boxes, vending machines, or washing machine coin mechanism locks or how to pick your dorm room lock. We don't do illegal, we don't do shady. We do this as a fun and challenging social hobby.
No talking about safes or safe cracking or car locks and ignitions unless you're a member of the Advanced areas.
Please don't link to your private business.
Be good to each other (respect others, play nice, be kind, if you wouldn't say it to them in person, don't type it here.)
Respect your mods and admins, they don't get paid to do this.

Happy Picking!

New guy here. Been lurking for a while, but decided to come out of the shell and get into it. I am an amateur lock hobbyist and am steadily building my skills. This seems like an awesome forum filled with a lot of great info.

Joined up today again. I'm mostly a lurker and as a consequence have forgotten a plethora of passwords and changed e-mails a copious amount of times.

Respect my vocabulary. ;) Any other service-members on here?

Hello. I am new here. Looking for help with tubular locks. My usual method of hammer and hacsaw just doesn't work on ACE. Glad to be able to discuss locks with others. Matt.

I'm new to picking. I'm researching picks for now, and hope to start picking soon. Wouldn't mind to meet/learn from people in Southern Maine.

I'm Alan, 23 and Scottish. Just joined yesterday, been picking for a year now (just pin tumblers, but interested in learning about lever and disk detainer locks as well).

Hope to learn a few things from this site.

Hello,

I'm John {insert last name here}, aka 'OrganDonor'. Currently I'm living in the Olympia, WA USA area
This is a wonderful site. I've not even scratched the surface of the information contained here.
I'm new to lock picking. I believe it is a skill a useful man ought to have.
I've been into other hobbies; CB radio, Ham radio (formerly N7KN), unlawful drug manufacturing, prison inmate (the former directly responsible for the latter... yes, I learned my lesson), amateur gynecology, unemployed, loafer, hopeless layabout, shiftless dreamer, etc.
