Marc Tobias has released Locks, Safes, and Security for sale by individual chapters -- for those that aren't willing to pay the $220+ for the full version. He's willing to sell the Locksmith version to hobbyists; the Covert Entry chapters (Picking, Impressioning, and Decoding) sell as a set for $50.
