Searching for info about this older deadbolt lock. Anyone know what make and or series this is and which tool would be used to open it?

Hi,

That's actually not a deadbolt, it's a knob set.

Your photo is a bit blury / out of focus and dark, so it is hard to see the keyway well. Is this your lock or your door that you are allowed to get into?

can you also post a photo of the entire door and door frame? thanks.

That is a Sargent keyway, I don't do much with sargent, so I can't say whether it is a 6 line or 8 line, far as the model goes. They can get Expensive...

Oooh, which tool to open it, well it really depends on the occupation on the opener. For example if you were the fire department, they would likely
choose their 'Jaws of Life' tool. As a locksmith I would grab my pick gun...
