An announcement regarding forum sponsor HackerStickers.com

Postby Squelchtone » 22 Aug 2019 10:07

Dear forum members,

I am sad to announce that due to reasons beyond our control, HackerStickers is no longer going to provide cool stuff to the hacker and locksport communities.

The original owner of HackerStickers sold it to another person last fall, but the new owner had some personal stuff come up right after the sale and has not been able to return to running the Hackerstickers.

As some of you noticed the SSL (https://) security certificate expired some months back, and we tried to keep up hope that the new owner would be able to come back and work on the site and continue being our sponsor, but it was not in the cards. Perhaps they will resurrect one day, and we wish them the best of luck in the future.

I have removed the banner and footer adverts for now, you will see some new content there soon, perhaps from a new sponsor or just some lock related ads, after all without member fees and not too many donations these days, we have to keep the lights on somehow.

Thank you for your time,
Squelchtone
