Hello everyone, I've just gotten into lockpicking. I have the kick start kick from Sparrow, and I'm trying to pick the cutaway lock. I haven't picked any other lock before this. It seems like I can get pin 4 and 5 to bind, but the last three are floppy and they don't bind no matter what. Can someone help me with this? I'm applying very light tension, but they just don't click and remain floppy.

You may need to bind other(s) first, if close binding, may just have to go back and forth.
I don't see it the Shearline.?

Also need to be sure you have not over-set any pins.
