No response about order from gosolockpicks.com?

Postby marcusg » 2 Apr 2023 14:51

I made and paid for an order from an online shop in the beginning of January, but it still is displayed as processing. Despite sending multiple emails by a few different means I've got no response whatsoever.

So just a quick question: is gosolockpicks.com a legitimate shop or should I just give up on it and consider me fooled?

Your first mistake was ordering Goso brand, those are trash lock picks..

What country are you in? We'll give you the name or a reputable online shop.

I agree with Squelch, but will note that they do sell other things besides their house brand picks. I ordered a tubular pick from them several years ago. It took 3 or 4 months but it did show up.

OP, I will PM you a direct contact I have from a real person who worked there at least during my last experience with them. Not sure if it's still a valid contact, but feel free to try if you want to.

Thanks for the replies. I've tried the e-mail you kindly supplied, demux!

I live in Finland. I have some Sparrows pick sets, but wanted to try out the Abloy pick and decoder, a few Lishi picks and tubular picks w/ practice lock...

Moi,
I hope you get your picks soon. But I must warn you of the Abloy pick/decoder. I could not get it to work, I felt fooled because the whole concept of the pick seemed wrong. Even the real pick needs practice and finesse, some locks just won´t open for me.

I did get a reply on the provided e-mail address, but only "will get back to you later". We'll see...

The Abloy pick was a bit of a gamble. I saw that Sparrows carried one, though it seems to be made in Finland. It's probably a lot better, but then I rather buy it locally instead of going via Canada! :-)

Not having used one, dont know about their Abloy Decoder. But have found Sparrows to be a reputable company.
