Just wondering if you guys have had any experience ordering from this site? They don't seem to answer any e-mails and are taking forever on my order. It has been under the status of "processing" for a week when it should have been shipped by now. Last time I order from these guys :roll:

All of my orders from them have went through without a problem. It has been a year since my last order there though.
For the best book out there on high security locks and their operation, take a look at amazon.com for High-Security Mechanical Locks An Encyclopedic Reference. Written by our very own site member Greyman! A true 5 Star read!!

Thanks for you reply Zeke. They responded finally today. Apparently they were out of the product I ordered. Maybe I'll consider this case an anomaly and give them the benefit of the doubt, but they could have told me sooner! :x

i order once he's a nice guy he is a retired locksmith. the catalog has the pick gun for $16.00 the web site is not up to date but all the prices where the same or cheaper. the catalog has hpc picks and more. his pins where .88 a gross. you just have to call. i think it would be cool if people posted there favorite place they get stuff from so other people can benefit from it.
