Locksmith/ security Company

Postby LockNewbie21 » 16 Aug 2006 7:07

Okay I have not seen to much on this. But Security companies... do these companies employ having a Locksmith, Alarm Specialist, and the likes.

What exactly do these home security buiness's offer for a locksmith well versed in high security locks and setups.

Basically, I would like to know do these companies employ locksmiths as well?

Either way I am pretty sure i ahe an apprenticeship, but was just wondering as there are a few companies that really give no details, there well known, but don't really say 100%.

I will be giving them a call, but figured i would ask you guys as well so i had a heads up before i called.

Many thanks fella's.

I think they will have at least one of every trade on their books,

A window border, a lockie, an alarm specialist etc or at least have contacts for those people,

Alot of these companies ( and I've worked for many) differ. there are two ways they run it (for a total security coy.) very few will have the trades work for them directly as it is for the most part more cost efficient to simply have a 'preferred' contract then to keep somebody on the PR. then some and they are hard to find will have the tradesmen work directly.
