if you're looking for corrospondance (I would personally go with the acadamy if it's practical), try looking at PCDI. The info I received looked good. sidebar (the legal type, not the locktype): I took the foley-belsaw course, and although it took a little longer due to delays at the border, I enjoyed it thoroughly.
