Do any of you have experience with Medeco Nexgen XT? How do your clients react to the bulky keys?

I had experience with the similar Videx Cyberkey system. My customers never seemed to complain about the bulk of the key, however it was slightly smaller. I think because of the unique at the time security, audit features and especially the adaptability; any issues with bulky keys was overlooked.
