There's similar scams going on over the last couple months on the US West coast.

They are not calls or enquiries they have received. The figures are generated by the amount of hits the locksmith web page receives in the directory. This DOES NOT mean that 127 people or whatever the figure is they throw at you are looking for a locksmith in your area. Far from it. They have done the same thing with me. I am the only locksmith, etc. I told them to 'go away', sort of anyway!
Steer clear is my advice

I get calls from service majic, or something like that.I dont give my banking info or ss# to nobody. If they could do what they say, yeah Id work with them,I dont like getting ripped off.
