Just wanted to give credit where it is due. My new plug spinner arrived yesterday, and broke on the very first lock I used it. I called lockpicks.com to demand a replacement or refund, and without a hassle they sent me a new one and it arrived today! That's what I call great customer service. :D

Before you pick a lock:
The first thing that you should do is check to make sure that
the lock is your's and secondly make sure its not in use.

What spinner was it that broke?

If it was the twisting blade type you can change the blade for some wiper insert to repair it

Love the sig, wrench. What thread was it that ln21 said that in?

My spinner is not from a mouse trap, it´s from a rat trap, same thing only bigger :P

It would be cool if you could post a picture,of your new spinner, just for the fun of it

Brockhage is a very good man. I will admit that I have had a problem here and there, like they sent the wrong (cheaper) vice to me than the one I ordered... but they were always on top and would immediately ship the correct/replacement item before having me return the incorrect/damaged one.

That is quality you don't find elsewhere. Rather than fix mistakes, many companies have grown old and cynical and focus on the bottom-line (which doesn't include advance-shipment of replacement items).

Thumbs up to Lockpicks.com

lol- how did you know it was Brockage I was referring to? I guess I'm not the only one who has had experiences with Barret's customer service. I will definitely give them my next order.
