I have recently started work for a small lock and security company. I am very new to all of the lockpicking practices. I am very interested in this field of work and enjoy what little I have done so far. I enjoy learning new skills any chance I get and want to learn as much as possible about this skill. My new boss told me he would teach me as I work with him. I know I will learn a great deal from him but am really wanting to take a class and get a crash course on what I am thinking could be a really good career. I have seen multiple courses online and have read a few books but am really looking for a place I could go to take a class. If anyone knows of any schools or teachers close to Dallas that would help me out a great deal. Thanks all :?:

ALOA is headquartered in Dallas and routinely hosts a 6 day class for new locksmiths that covers just about all the basics and then some. Here is the flyer for that class. Good luck.
