OK,

I've been thinking about different locks and stuff and how you might pick them (tumbler, lever, combination, etc...) but I got stuck when I came to keyless locks. There is a lock on the door at work though that looks similar to this...

Would you be able to get into this without knowing the code? Or would you have to remove the cover in order to do it?

You can do it as well as bypass them but i am unsure whether the description is suitable for the public forums infact as digital locks are in the advanced sections i would think not.

The one pictured is the bad style of lock the better ones being the ones with only 5 buttons.

Also you shouldnt be picking or bypassing locks at work or any other that is in use and especially not yours.

ones like those are usually just mechanical locks and have no electronic parts in them, so i'd say in theory they can be manipulated.

Disclaimer: I may be wrong, but if i'm right, it would probably be covered in the advanced threads.

But, this i got from google, Lockwood Australia's 'DX' model lock.

LOL, I on't want to do it, that's why I just bought myself a couple of tumbler locks. I was just wondering. Besides, I know the code anyway.

How do you get access to the advanced bit?

Thanks

Sorry, I found the Advanced rules bit.

I will have to wait before I get access to them.
