Hi everyone. Beginner Questions.

Hi im very new to lock picking as in i just got my picks in the mail today and yesterday i was trying to pick small locks with paperclips and a screw driver. I really didnt find a good answer to what is the fastest method of picking locks? also what is the best way to practice without any locks that i can take apart? i have lots of locks but none that i can take apart.

Hey bud your lucky i am off work and have free time Any way, if you have your picks start with pad locks, master number 3 ect. Master number three is great becuse it will open tot he left or right, so depending on what hand you are its grea practice, two cardinal rules, dont pick one you rely on (front/back door), and ofcourse ones that arent yours If you need a hand PM me, or post pictures of the lock your working on along with your tools and a key to the lock, you will deff. get some good helps and pointers welcome to the forum there bud:O)

The "fastest" way to learn to pick would be to follow the Beginner's Lockpicking Exercise that is stickied in this section. It does, however, require to you get a lock you can take apart.

If you're stuck with padlocks, the only "fast" way is to practice... lots.
