How do you open a T-Handle Lock?

Just when you think this post was dead .... lol

Anyways , The site does not for me too.... And if in fact the lock is a tubular lock Please do a Search to view the topic's about this lock. I know for a fact that the last 3 days I have given out a few ways on how to deal with these locks and posting the same Info over and over again is making my fingers hurt .... LOL
