I just got a 4 piece with torque and manual about a week ago and I've been able to open #3 master locks, many doorhandles, and I unlocked this box, but I can't turn it to lock it, do I have to pick it again to lock it? kind of a dumb question but i'm just wondering.

I get the feeling you should not have been picking this 'box' in the first place!! yes you will need to pick it back to locked. Some locks pick easyer in one direction.

Yes sir. you are going to need to pick that lock to the locked position. The is true for many many locks. sometimes when you pick the lock and spin the plug 180 dagree's the cylinder will lock up and not turn in ether direction.. if that be the case you should flip your pick over and use the flat of it to push all the pins down and rotate it.
