I think what you did there gets into copyright infringement. We just had a discussion with someone else thats new here that went nowhere and the thread had to be locked.
If a lock is a puzzle, then its key is the complete picture

You fucker. Are you idiot of somekind or what is wrong with you? You happen to know that what you did is illegal?
Now, you just fill your street name and phone number to your profile along with country and city name and this is then acceptable

thubanpete wrote:Personally, I found the Visual Guide to Lock Picking (Third Edition) by Standard Publications to be very helpful. It does a good job of showing what goes on inside the locks and is written clearly and directly. It has a good amount of well produced diagrams and pictures, so as to make what goes on clearer as well as to give a good idea as to the how and why of locks innards. It covers picking of the various types of standard locks, along with the various types of picks, lock "anatomy", key impressioning (something I have yet to try), and one or two issues that could be considered advanced topics here on LP101. As a newer member of the lock picking community I found it easy to follow and it helped me get a clearer picture of what goes on when you pick. I personally like the book and found that it's been a valuable resource in helping me advance in picking. On a scale of 10, I'd give it a 9 - 9.5. -ThubanPete
I have to agree with with this review. I also bought this book and found it amazingly helpful in learning about both the way many locks work, and how to attack them from a picking perspective.
It's not a question of "if", but merely "when."

It has been published, and several of us have just received our copies over the past few days. I've just returned from a week's vacation, and haven't had time to read more than the first 70 pages or so... but what I've read thus far has really, really impressed me with its thoroughness and depth of research. It would be a fantastic addition to the bookshelf of anyone interested in locksport.
On a side note, several people have discovered that Amazon.ca is selling the book for significantly less than Amazon.com, and they appear to be happy to ship into the US.

For some reason I couldn't find the other thread when I searched a few minutes ago... anyhow, this thread has some additional discussion of Greyman's new book (including his links to some sample chapters).

I have also purchased "Modern High Security Locks" by Steven Hampton. I thought the book was worth the purchase price and provided good reading with detailed illustrations.
