Go down to B&Q or he like and pick up a BIRD cylinder. they are the same as yale but are easier to pick for sure.

i'm sure if you go to some sort of department store that has a hardware section including locks, you can basically find any kind of easily picked 5pin cylinder lock.

Last time I went to Wal-mart and bought the cheapest lock they had... it had security pins in it. (I didn't know it at the time and I was just starting out. Ugh!)

If you can't find suitable padlocks, you could always buy any deadbolt you'd like and simply remove the security pin(s).

kwikset deadbolts have 1 security pin in them.

i recommend getting a deadbolt with security pins... after you pick it without security pins it becomes repetative and boring... if you take the security pin out for the first couple times then put it back in when you get better it will be alot more productive ;)

if not just go for a yale

hope this helps!

Its a confidence factor you dont think you can pick security pins,it frustrates you. After you pick several it will go away, your confidence in what you are doing means alot. Start by useing alock you can repin, take all but one set out ,two months from now you will not be able to pick everything but youll try.
