ok i make mine out of soda bottles..not cans...way better..i counted over 150 uses with one of my shims...way better then the 2-10 with the soda cans....and if they bend u can just bend them back and reuse them perfectly..and i dont suggest wiggly back and forth constantly...what i do is i go straight down..and when it wont go down anymore i pull up on the lock and it either opens or doesnt..but if it doesnt then just keep pulling..the more u pull the further the shim goes down..its physics...peace out
