Electronic/Magnetic Alarms

Postby SliderDownBASE » 21 Aug 2008 13:18

Hi Folks

First post here and feeling a bit overwhelmed and lost so forgive me if this has been covered or its in the wrong area etc.

This is not so much about bypassing a magnetic lock but i hope someone can help me either way.

I was wondering if there is anyway to open a door without triggering the fire alarm?

For example the door to a hotel roof. If its a fire door then legally it has to be kept open right? But obviously be alarmed so the lobby can see its been opened.
