You can hear a click turning the weels every half of number. And I can't see what is up or down the weels. I even can't feel it using piece of metal from drink can. The "pull shakle" method doesn't work too.
Here are some photo.
Here the lock is locked. It's small - 2 cm width and 5.5 cm height.

Here the lock's opened with a code.

I just can't open this cheap chinese lock without a code! :(

Hmmm.... wonder if they put some kind of shielding over the internal disc that is attached to the thumbturning disc (the one with numbers). Although that is asking a little much for a cheap lock. Have you checked both sides of the thumbturn disc for an attacked disc that has either a notch, groove, or flat spot on it? Once one of these things are found, you'll have to line them all up and then move them at the same time as many times as it takes for the lock to open. If there is by some chance shielding, then you may have to use a very thin wire to get under the shielding and feel for notches or flat spots on the discs. Hope that helps.

I tried to feel from the up side and from the down side of disks and didn't feel anything.

??? Not quite sure what you mean by this, but did you try to feel both the left and right side. Start at a number, feel the right and left side of the disk, turn to the next number, repeat. You should feel something eventually
